This area is located north of Portland and is comprised of Sauvie Island, Multnomah Channel, the Scappoose Bay area and the eastern most slopes of Forest Park along Highway 30.

  • Avoid/minimize mosquito control in wetlands.
  • Encourage / promote American beaver activity
  • Improve grassland habitats for grassland associated species.

  • Protect and expand Oregon white oak habitat.
